@RebeccaChernoff: I would suggest placing the a around the text instead of around the div.
a is an in-line element and div is a block element, and a block element can't reside in an in-line element.
At least, that's the case for XHTML 1.0 Transitional, which is the Doctype of the blog.

But well, doesn't matter that much if it works in most browsers. But you might want be more strict as a company than me as a person...
