I recently devised a SEDE script that I use on Stack overflow to flag occurences of Serial upvoting that it detects weekly. I usually manually go through the results and flag where I see something I strongly suspect of being serial voting
On stack overflow, this leads to around 50-90 custom flags a week, but on SU I suspect it would be much fewer then that, at least after the first week or two.
I'd like to expand this to flag on SU as well, and @JourneymanGeek told me to notify everyone first and ask for opinions. I want to avoid posting this on meta as details about dealing with serial voting on meta may give the perpetrators information on how to evade detection, or lead to unnecessary witch hunting
So far, on Stack overflow, all of my flags regarding serial voting have been helpful, so I'm reasonably confident that my accuracy on those is fairly high
