Curious about a declined flag I just noticed. On this question that I posted back in February a year ago. @DavidPostill correctly noticed that I'd commented that I'd found the answer, and asked that I post the answer if so. I was in the process of reviewing the security aspects of my solution, but did get the write-up finished up a few hours later. (continued)

In December, I noticed that those comments were still out there (along with my reply to David). I cleaned-up my own comment and flagged David's as "No longer needed" (since I'd answered it 10 months prior at that point). Oddly (as I just noticed in reviewing my flags) that was declined. Just a Mod mistake on declining the flag, or is there something I'm missing that I should still take action on there? Thanks!
