I would say the vote bias on the answers speaks loudly to the demographic this site attracts. The top answer is so outrageous I am seriously considering drawing the attention of media to it as an example of insane the us-centric English speaking online discourse has become.

Synopsis: spoilt brat from broken family who stamps feet at single mother to always get what she wants screams (think verukka salt) "I want to be a boy" at the age of 13. Top advice : give the child drugs to interfere with her hormones so spoilt brat has time to decide if it wants to be a girl or not. Pathetic.
This is a cuckoos nest situation.
