@Safdar KVPY is one of the three channels through which admission in IISER takes place(the other two being JEE-Advanced and IISER Aptitude test) with a certain number of seats reserved for KVPY scholars. So if someone has cleared KVPY SA or SX, then they can be directly admitted to IISERs without any further tests. However, the alloted IISER will ofcourse be decided as per your rank in KVPY
