In pyscf I am attempting to generate expressions of the form:
$$ O_{ij}(\textbf{r}) = \int d^{3}r'\, \frac{\phi_{i}(\textbf{r'}) \phi_{j}(\textbf{r'}) }{\vert \textbf{r} - \textbf{r}'\vert} $$
