I've heard the rule "one screw, one wire" for things like breaker panels, wouldn't be surprised if the same rule applies elsewhere. I'm guessing all the electrical guys are gone for the day.
Ping @Tester101 so he can tell you to hire an electrician. :)
And I'm guessing the others will say "ask a question on the site"

I am adding some new ciruits to add some additional outlets. The closest place is to run a wire to the main panel box.
My question is, can I connect more than one wire to a breaker and still meet code or do I need to get a new breaker. Both the wires and plugs are the same rating ...
@MatthewPK It depends on the box and the screw. Some are rated for multiple conductors, most are not. However, as it's a ground, it's not likely that big of a deal. If it was a current carrying conductor I would say absolutely not, since a weak connection could lead to heating.
@JeremyW.Sherman It's our weekly get together when we try to talk about what projects we've been up to, but really anything goes. The schedule is in the room info and this history behind is can be found in various meta posts
@JeremyW.Sherman I'll make sure your meta question gets the attention of SE. I haven't seen it personally, but I'm probably on a different browser and different settings.

At this point, I want to create a living space i...

So they've been working on the water mains in the street in preparation for a sidewalk project
and they caused a small cave-in on the street because they found a "log hole" where apparently 80 years ago when they were first levelling/grading the road/lots, they cut down some trees, dumped them in a hole, and then just covered it up with dirt
