I uploaded one of his images to google image search and found this: ripoffreport.com/r/keth-grayson/sacramento-california-/…

apparently he is a problem on many sites

just posts the same images over and over as incorrect answers to questions

@Steven His account is currently answer blocked (automatic system imposed restriction after too many bad answers). Keep flagging any junk you see since it gives the mods some support to take action (I personally don't like to take unilateral drastic action if no one else acknowledges there's an issue).

I'm tempted to ban his new account and delete all the junk content again since he didn't follow the procedure to merge his multiple accounts as he was instructed to do in a past mod message, but I'd like to hear from the other mods that they agree with this response. Or we could start silently destroying his accounts until he learns that anything he posts here in the future will quickly disappear without a trace.

@Steven Done. On the plus side, I just got 9 rep for destroying the user since I had so many down votes on his various junk answers. :)

Close and lock?

@NiallC. if I was asked today, I'd say close it. Since it's old, maybe lock it. But it's got 10 votes and 7 answers, so the community disagrees with me.
