@SamIbraheem, I always recommend the CCNA for those new to networking. Gives a nice basic foundation.
Network+ is okay as well. More vendor neutral.
If you are looking for wireless, then CWNA.
Even if you don't take the tests, the study materials available for the tests are solid starting points.
