In star system, single phase consumers are connected between a line and neutral but are there any single phase devices connected between two phases (would that even be considered a single phase device?)?
@NickAlexeev this is an interesting case -- it probably could be migrated, but it seems to have been pretty well answered already, so I don't know what migration would do for it further, unless say Harper wished to add a comprehensive answer :)
