@NiallC. Thanks. That MSO post is good to make a link to something that already exists. In my case, it turned the "headings" into something that can be linked to, and added them to the right navigation bar. I saw the results of that in other FAQ's, but had no idea how they did it. So I just used the headings and it happened to work by accident.
I once read about a mortar that starts as a powder I could put in between my flagstones, and then just wet it down and it would harden in place.

@Aaron no, it's up to the runner to go to second, runners are taught to "turn and look" and they might get verbal advice, but if they slow down to listen their going to get nailed
the 1b coach might be able to give you some direction on your way down the line, but you have a better view of the 3rd base coach when you come around the bag

@Aaron unless the ball is hit to right field, it's up to the runner to decide whether or not go to second, the play is n front of him so he can make the evaluation himself, right field he might have to rely on a coach to know if the fielder is having trouble. 2nd to third you get better advice from the coach at third because you can see him, and he can see the play
I ended up just getting some plastic anchors that I put in the drywall and then mounted the wall plate directly to those. That seemed like an easier, less messy solution. I know it won't be as strong, but at the end of the day this is only for a cable jack and nothing will be pulling on it.
