Q: Is It possible to do microkinetic modelling for liquid phase reactions, in the presence of a catalyst?

compuchem4allAs from the title, I want to do NEB-TS for chemical reactions in the liquid phase, and use the information to calculate reaction rates/kinetic rates. I know that the NEB-TS is possible in the liquid phase using CPCM, for example. I'm not so clear on, heterogeneous catalysis, for surface reaction...

@PBH I don't know the best place to go for questions about gaining access to academic resources. Beyond the questionably legal options or asking users here in chat, you can see if your nearest library/academic institution has access to these articles.
@PBH You can also use a service like Unpaywall, which can find alternative open access versions of articles when they are available.
@PBH For a one off case, I can probably share this one with you, since its just a short SI page and these are typically open-access anyway even when the article itself is not.
@PBH This is all that's in the SI.

@PBH Sorry that it took two days to get back to you. It's possible that none of us saw your messages (I certainly did not), because you didn't ping anyone. For a faster response next time, you can ping people who have recently been in the room, by using the @ symbol followed by their username.
Most journal articles can be access for free on sci-hub which according to Academia Stack Exchange, is mostly legal in a lot of countries:

Q: Is it legal to use Sci-Hub in Germany?

KrebtoI used to use this website to get the research papers that are not freely available online. So, passing the right name of any research work for this Russian website will derive the paper directly to your browser in Pdf format. I used this website for the last 2 years when I was doing my Masters...

Academia Stack Exchange also has a chatroom called "The Ivory Tower" in which you can ask questions about academia/research/publishing, etc.
