Hi guys, where should someone post a question such as this.

The following journal article "https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0927025621008089?via%3Dihub" has some data lodged in the Appendix, but I do not have access. Would someone here be able to download the data and help me?

I have already contacted the author, but didn't receive a reply after several days. I know that this question does not match the theme of the MMSE, but have been facing several such situations where I am unable to move forward without access to the Journal. In such a case, where should I be seeking help from?
