right now most of our answers in 5e stuff are speculative or based on play test...I don't have an issue with speculative answers if they're good, founded speculation. Like your answer that's informed by the released dates, and like the answer with Mearls' tweet (he's not god, but he is sort of running the show)
wouldn't hurt to link up the EnWorld article indicating that something like 15%+ of the PHB (the character construction section) will be free online
the problem is that it was just eating errors and I couldn't figure out why...I knew there were errors, but I couldn't find them, because a catch with no throw means it just eats them and moves on...
There's one guy who donwvotes every other answer with some stupid comments, in special
But today he really got over the edge. My answer agreed with his, and he donwvoted anyway saying something in the lines of "Did you ever read the book?"
@ThalesPereira ugh, you can flag if you feel like it's abusive (if for instance you've noticed his votes have been reversed with the auto downvoted script)
@waxeagle exactly what Im talking about, when I was learning JS for a class I had the PDF version of the txtbook working off of and we were supposed to take examples of broken code and fix them. Since it was an OCR I just copy and pasted, but the issue was that the type of " used was different than default (some kind of alt code for more diagonal ones) so it wasn't reading them as quotation marks and screwing up my code but when I looked at my code it looked right
I wasnt emotionally moved like w/ Nolan's Batman trilogy (par for the course with me as far as marvel goes) but there was good character drama and the movie was a genre film (political thriller) first, superhero movie second so it was very strong as a result
I was thinking of being a druid and having a shark companion. My question is if they only know swim how can they be on land? It has no land speed indicated.
I know this seems like a simple concept but I don't want to be told no because they can't walk. If so would having a shark as a companion b...
sort of. It's in the app-stores. basically you have a character, and your powers are d6s. you start with 1d6 and can get up to 4, they have different properties (multiplier, x2, x3,x4, >2, health, poison), and you collect monsters by capturing them in battle, then they fight with you (and have their own dice pools)
A rotting toothed whale, like a beluga, can produce a corpse with teeth and a head shape that--when it's mostly skull without all the blubber--leads people unfamiliar with whale carcasses to misidentify them as cryptids.
I've also seen reports that get very confused by half-rotted baleen and the way whale sinew can turn kinda fluffy as it rots under the right conditions, leading to "furry" corpses.
Granted there might not be much that can be done for deleted answers (a question for the submission of answers to deleted questions perhaps?).
However could it be made possible to submit answers to a question if the answer form was opened prior to closing?
Perhaps it is a flaw that I have bu...
