I'm thinking about running a 3.5/pathfinder campaign that requires the party to be made entirely of low-level magic users. The story will focus on the destruction of an evil Lich who has spread his soul through several Phylacteries spread out across the land in unlikely places. (in a book, a ring, a cup, so on) My Goal is for none of the players to realize it is Harry Potter until they kill Voldemort at the end. Thoughts?

@DampeS8N It could be interesting, but be prepared for someone to recognize it for what it is.

Also, you might want to take a look at this question concerning railroading.

Since you may have to allow for players to diverge from the story, otherwise the might not have a good game. Though that depends on the group.
@DampeS8N As I was reading this I was like "Harry Potter" Then you said it lol.

Well, I just renamed and reorganized all of my Pathfinder PDFs. To give you an idea of how many documents I shuffled around, there are 11 books in the Pathfinder line. Each of those books comes in Regular and Lite editions, and each chapter of those books is available in both Regular and Lite single-chapter files.
@DampeS8N I got through 1.3 sentences before I said "Harry Potter." So, umm, I think it might not be possible to do it.
