Here "persos" is the short form of "personnages", meaning characters, and not the short form of "personnel", meaning personal
"détente" can mean different things but here it means something like "relaxing"
The second tweet is full of mistakes
it should be written "Alors il t'a laissé sur ta faim toi aussi ?"
laisser sur ta faim is an idiom which literally means "left on your hunger"
it's usually "rester sur sa faim" too
and figuratively, it means "to leave someone unsatisfied"
so the second tweet means "So it left you unsatisfied too?"
BTW "C'est plus de mon age" in the first tweet is also kind of an idiom
it literally means "It's not for my age anymore", here "plus" is "not anymore"
And in English I guess you would say "I'm too old for this [shit]"
