Q: Cat's back twitching A LOT for over 4 hours now

Spaceyso today me and my father bathed my cat, he's going to be 1 year old this in a couple months, and this afternoon we noticed that his back (the entire back half of his body) started twitching, sometimes the spasms are light, but sometimes they are so strong that it looks like he's going to explode...

what the ____ is wrong with people^êverybody must undrstand the cat is very seriously ill i get frustrated by questions like this.

cause everyone assumes it'll be alright.
and "I can't bring him to the vet right now" is... kinda ugh

it makes me think global warming is a good thing, less people will probably help this planet.

If one can't properly take care of a cat, one should not adopt a cat.
What about my diagnosis about cat shedding too much hair? @trondhansen

@Sonevol your answer is one of several possibilities and you have mentioned several things in your answer, the op`s vet do not do a good job when it comes to diagnosing the illness and the age of the cat makes it likely to be genetic or some type of inffection in the skin the only way to find the cause is for the vet to do the proper tests.

It is extremely unlike to be infection of skin, for stress, psychological factor, skin infection and all other things that lead to excessive licking and hairfall is not present as OP said his cat does not lick excessively
OP said his cat has no ringworm
OP said vet has checked for fleas and there is no fleas
OP says cat is not pure breed, as such genetics is extremely unlikely
This leaves only the four critical illness as all other have been ruled out @trondhansen
And in case of hyperthyroidism hair loss is one of symptoms
Although I agree it is raare for a 10 month old cat to have any of the four rare diseases
But it doen't mean that it can never take place

@Sonevol i do not dare to make a diagnose, the only way to solve it is if the vet do the apropriate tests, and to me it looks like this have not been done yet.
i once was at the emergency vet with my second cat and this vet told me my cat had cancer and needed imidiate surgery so he operated the cat he opened my cat and closed my cat he did not even look inside my cat he did absolutly nothing, the cat lived for 17 years after this, the vet was only interrested in mony and it was expensive.

Q: Why relative's dog stays between me and home on walk

AndrezA relative's dog, who only know's me a little, will follow me on a walk but on the way out will stay behind and then as soon as I turn back home will go ahead. Is this simple submissive/safety behaviour, keeping escape home clear?

@Henders done it is not an exact duplicate but it answers the question fully.
including the same type of warning as in my comment.

@trondhansen Me and my cat will be together for just 10 more days. I am not allowing my cat to even walk freely, let alone play. I am constantly forcing her to stay on my lap every single second. I am allowing her only to use the litter box, to eat and drink. Rest of the time she has to spend on my lap.

Q: My cat Polly, mews weirdly at something that I cannot see?

EeveeMy 2-year-old cat Polly seems to be meowing at something that I cannot see. Is it a bug? A scent? Something else? I do not know.
