today I was kissing my cat. Whenever I hold my cat she starts biting me as if to play with me. Today she bit my lips and being soft they are bleeding heavily

yeah. That day I went to parlor for waxing, the lady asked me whether I am some gang fighter or not, considering bruises all over my body

I said no they are my cat's love marks

I don't know how, but whenever I am near my house my cat knows that I am coming. She keeps meowing and prodding my family members to open the door, she knows her wait for a fresh prey is over

The instance I enter she plunges upon me to tear me apart, by biting and scratching me

@Sonevol trine is depressed and sleeps for about 20 hours a day she only goes outside to change her mind and comes inside again :) she do not like winter and cold,it is about one meter of snow and -10C.

@Henders yes she loves spring and summer,she is hunting nonstop and barly sleeps in the summer months.

she is hunting from 0600 in the morning to 2200 in the evening she only takes a few breaks to eat.

@Sonevol most of the larger animals have only one or max two offspring.only small animals have many children with the exeption of meat eating animals they have often multiple offspring.

@Henders a cat needs about 270 calories per day and a mouse have about 30 calories so it is hard for a cat to get all she needs from hunting mice.

He's better now (and he was kinda like "I'm too tired to get excited about my new bed, but... plop")

Q: Why doesn't my kitten hunt like others?

My kitten doesn't hunt at all. It just keeps lying lazily in the carton box and when it feels hungry, it meows and we feed her. Even when insects or rats go in front of it, she just looks at them and doesn't even try to catch them. Is this behavior normal? How do I teach her to hunt?
