Just wondering the best substrate to use for my two new one month old bearded dragons...I was told to use paper towels. I was also wondering at what age can I add sand into the tank, and if i can use a calcium based sand

trine from yesterday she sleeps a lot at this time of year when it is close to 1m of snow,she only goes outside to change her mind and come inside again LOL.
i do not have a catflap so i have to open the door for her,but it is not as bad as it sounds
she have a way to get inside by using an opening where the tap for my garden hose is and there is an opening where the water meter is so she can use this to get in or out,so i can let the outside door stay open but have the door in my hallway closed and she can do as she want.(the short version of this it is compicated but it works)
