Can a moderator/employee please change the parent site of this chat room to default (no parent site), so that this room isn't confused as being a Meta room?

Parent sites for new rooms by default to the parent user of the chat profile. There's no option to select it when creating a room.

Since all chat users must have a parent site, there's literally no way to make a new room without a parent site.

Going through the chat transcript, I see no intentional parent site changes by anyone.

So I would assume that its things to do with the community-a-thon. Amusingly this might include helping staff new to the network proper work out the norms of the place or just talking to staff over whatever.

@Catija IIRC I wasn't prompted about it back when I last created a chat room. It just used my parent site. Maybe it's mod-only.

It would be nice if this were a non-parented room, though, for the reason above, though I understand if you choose to keep it a Meta room.
