..... where I live, we have a medieval music festival going every year.... had to be cancelled this year due to the current pandemic. Now, since our magnificent country (like many others to be hones) has switched to plan Phase 2 "This is fine" (all is good, no problem, the new Covid cases are increasing at alarming rates but that's just because we are doing more screening obviusly) they plan to do that now.

I was already asking myself HOW they can hope to run the event with people behaving appropriately when they have already enough problems during NORMAL years with thing like theft (they have an open-air market area with tents, every year something gets stolen), multiple alcohol coma cases each day, trash everywhere (including but not limited to broken glass beer bottles ) and so on...

and now I discover they are actually planning a LARP events for kids "In full respect of the current anti-covid normative"

LARP? NOW? Will they use Sephiroth style swords to ensure social distance?
