@Randal'Thor In your answer to my Philip Dick short story question, did you mean "classic nursery rhyme" instead of "classical nursery rhyme"?

Didn't want to nitpick under your answer, hence the ping here. I was under the impression that "classical literature" refers to something very different from "classic literature", but I could be wrong, though. thoughtco.com/what-is-classical-literature-739321

@Brahadeesh Hmm. You made me realise that I'm not exactly sure of the difference between "classic" and "classical" or when to use which one :-)

Q: Difference between "classical" and "classic"

ComputistWhat's the difference between classical and classic? Should we say classic content in textbooks or classical content in textbooks?

It seems the difference isn't always very clearly defined.
"Classical" sounds better to my ear, and doesn't seem to be wrong according to the definitions. I'm not using it as part of the phrase "classical literature", but just to say that the nursery rhyme is an old and well-known one.

The terms do seem to overlap in their meaning. Sure, no problem if you leave the answer as it is. :)

Samantha Shannon: The Priory of the Orange Tree. This blog post (in French) describes the book as "Game of Thrones with less sex and more female characters and dragons".
And with 848 pages, you will be able to read it at least a hundred times it before G. R. R. Martin finishes ASOIAF.

Ron MaupinMany years ago (late '60s to '70s), I read a story about a boy with a group of hikers in a ridge who get caught in a lightning storm. They all run off the ridge, and, apparently, the boy went down the wrong side, and he got lost. The boy ended up needing to survive on his own. He used a paperclip...

Q: What does Dostoyevsky mean by 'propaganda' in Crime and Punishment?

Jacob Lee-HartSorry that this is about the second post about the book in as many days, but this should certainly be the last. I am wondering about what Dostoyevsky means by the word 'propaganda' in part six, chapter four of crime and punishment. None of the meanings that I understand make sense in the context ...
