Most people want to read more books, but this video is about How to Read Fewer Books. Well, it's about reading more effectively, instead of reading for the sake of reading.

although it is important to read quickly, you must be sure not to read so quickly that you loss accuracy
 
I'm not sure I would use the term "accuracy". It's more about retention, at least if you read non-fiction.
 
I meant accurately able to recall :-)
 
Here is a video by a certain John Fish about How to Remember What You Read: (1) read with a pen in your hand and take notes; (2) use the Feynman technique; (3) after finishing the book, put the most important ideas on cards and file them alphabetically.

Indeed, finding logical links is the key.
If you don't make those connections, there will be no retention.
the so called "use it, or lose it" phenomenon occurs
