This question was deleted by its author: mathoverflow.net/questions/358567/… and while a semi-reasonable question, it's a bit low-level. I notice he must have other deleted questions, based on the tags on his user page. On Math.SE he is also asking a lot of fishing expedition questions about thesis topics. I would suggest keeping an eye on him, as I have had some IRL interactions that were a bit odd.

When he says 'thesis', this guy is in the final year of high school, and reads a lot of stuff, uses a lot of buzzwords, but needs serious mentoring to really get up to speed, and I and someone else at my university have pretty much washed our hands of him.
In this question math.stackexchange.com/questions/3631156/… he wants to do something that will prove more of the weight-monodromy conjecture than perfectoid technology. He has said in person to people in my department he wants to solve a Millennium Prize problem (either the Hodge conjecture or the Riemann Hypothesis).
