@FrançoisG.Dorais and @ToddTrimble The suggestion to remove decomposition-theorem already has score +6. Maybe this is enough to consider it consensus and remove the tag? (I thought it might be reasonable to ask mods about this - in particular François G. Dorais, since he seems to be most active in tag-related issues.)
Although I am aware that François G. Dorais is the moderator who most often deals with tags - at least judging by the list of synonyms.
