Over at meta.math.SE we have a tag called specific-user. (And other similar tags specific-question, specific-answer and specific-flag. Each of them is occasionally used, for example here are the questions tagged specific-user.
In connection with the recent question, maybe it might be suitable also to created deleted-accounts tag on meta? (There is such tag on Mathematics Meta - and it seems to be used quite often: math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/deleted-accounts)
The question mentioned above would fit this tag. And there are probably some older questions, too (and it is very likely that some will be asked in the future). Just one example: What's happens to a user's questions, answers and comments after an account is deleted?
