A: True by accident (and therefore not amenable to proof)

Carl MummertThe statement in question can be formalized in the language of Peano Arithmetic, and I will treat it as a statement in that language. A similar analysis works for any effective theory stronger than PA, such as ZFC. Consider the set of all sentences in the language of PA; define an order relati...

The first link seems to be dead and I did not find it in the Wayback Machine either. I browsed a bit Damir D. Dzhafarov's new website but did not find it - maybe somebody else might have better luck. — Martin Sleziak 31 secs ago

Q: Why is it useful to study vector bundles?

user709I have this question coming from an earlier Qiaochu's post. Some answers there, especially David Lehavi's one, were drawing the analogy bundles and varieties versus modules and rings. So I am just wondering, is there any big reason why the study of bundles would give information about varieties? ...

@MartinSleziak Good question! I don't know. But also conversely, will a question disappear from the linked questions link, once it appears, if the comment or body text that linked to it is removed? Anyway, one way or the other, it's linked!

@LSpice As you can see from the post meta that I linked, the question remains among the linked questions even after the removal of the comment.
I have added the above comment - and then deleted it. One can check whether the links remain in the linked tab or the question "Why is it useful to study vector bundles?".

This question was bumped now - maybe the choice of the tags could be improved: Reciprocals of Fibonacci numbers. (It only had - I have added some other tags. If nothing else, and some tag related to transcendental numbers seem reasonable.)

Q: The tags (transcendence) and (transcendental-number-theory)

Martin SleziakThere exist tags transcendence and transcend.-number-theory (probably shortened from transcendental number theory to fit 25 characters limit for the tag name). At the moment, the tag-info is empty both for transcendence and transcend.-number-theory. Looking at the currently tagged questions, the ...

In the meantime (transcend.-number-theory) has been renamed to (transcendental-number-theory), see also this answer. — Martin Sleziak Aug 10, 2017 at 7:30

A: Help cleanup tags!

Martin Sleziak As of August 8, 2017, the length limit for tags went from 25 characters to 35 characters. So now is a great time to allow inconveniently compressed tag names to stretch out a bit... Perhaps we could collect here list of tags which now, after the character limit for length of tag name has bee...
