specific-question I have removed the deprecated (geometry) tag on Roots of unity and an extremal problem. If anybody has some ideas how to improve the choice of tags for that question, that would be more than welcome.

BTW here is a suggestion of mine that would prevent getting the deprecated tags in new questions: The existing deprecated tags should be blacklisted.
