@YaakovEllis you mean more details on the Q I thought I would get the hat for? Sure it was this one. The Q got closed, my vote was one of them, I was the first to edit the Q, then I voted to reopen. I know the time the CV was cast does not matter. I also know the the Q does not have to get reopened. (that is the part I thought was changed) If you could spell out the trigger I'd be most appreciative.
