@MarkKaplun You are a good developer, all you need is a little bit more exposure. Visit a few WordCamps, and write some good technical blog posts. I promise you will be flooded with work.

Thank you all my mentors here for guiding me where I'm. Still a long way to go. Here's my first plugin in WordPress.org repository: wordpress.org/plugins/nanosupport. Thanks to all of you, especially @gmazzap, you saved me a lot.
@ChristineCooper I've had very good experience with wordpress.org/plugins/webp-express - which in addition to convert to webp will also be able to load them dynamically depending on if the browser supports it or not
So there's the user_new_form hook which I think can be used to add new fields to that form. Then there's both show_user_profile and edit_user_profile to add fields when editing a specific user. I think show_user_profile only displays on the profile of the logged in user and edit_user_profile will show when the user is editing other users ( if that makes sense ).
