Just to be clear: All four of the current mods are staying on the team. Moderators do not have to reelected on graduated sites, but elections are generally held if someone's planning on stepping down or if the workload significantly increases. We're looking for a fifth mod because of the latter case. More flags and more activity - all of which is awesome - mean that another set of hands would be quite welcome.
If you have questions about the election process itself, please ask your question on the Worldbuilding Meta Site. Remember, folks stepping up to lead this community are committing a significant amount of their time, please keep all discourse civil and constructive.
