Once upon a time I had the intention to assimilate my different emacs configurations, taking the best from each. I still haven't done so, and now I'm sitting at one machine and wonder how I configured the python coding style checker on another machine to be most convenient.

Org mode is beautiful, especially for someone who constantly writes latex docs. Latex is great but ugly to write.

Q: priority oriented TODO list manager

Mateusz KoniecznyI want to be reminded about tasks with highest priority. For example notification about that I should plan my yearly doctor visit is useful – but not on day with extremely high priority tasks like „final checks before release of a new project”. On the other hand unimportant task close to its dead...

I don't actually think Windows is all that user-friendly, myself. It it works, fine. if it doesn't work, you have absolutely no idea what to do. It's the proverbial black box.
