@PaulWhite I'm not and have never been a Postgres professional, but I really want to believe that amazing people like yourself would be unnecessary if we had open source for SQL Server. If a SQL Server person like me or you is stuck, we need to read the docs, make guesses, write demos to test/prove it, and we sometimes even need a debugger! I presume that a Postgres pro in the same position would just skim the docs, find nothing, and then open up the source code and be done with it. Am I right?
