@James I opened a couple of doors to leave, but they were all closets containing Cthulhu, so I stopped trying. You have a strange house.

Can we replace the turtles with tortoises? It won't fix the problem but at least it looks like we're doing something and that's the important part.

1) The last week or two has been extraordinarily unpleasant for all of us. I know that most of us in this room are annoyed at the way Monica was treated, and I know that most of us are pissed off at SE for a lot of their actions. I'm in both of those groups. I would like to ask that we try to keep things toned down here and be mindful of how messages appear to folks coming in from off-site.

Also apparently "fae" is a pronoun. Since I am clearly a magical creature, and thus a variety of fairy, I suppose I should go by that now.

This is quite possibly the least enforceable rule I've ever seen.

@James One time a friends kid was running through a crowded area with a lot of potentially breakable things. As she went past I told her to stop running in an off hand way. I appreciate that some people are very active on the moderation front. We note that some are significantly more active that the rest and hope that this work done with due care and attention but I don't feel it's necessary to check up on this any further.
