@User1865345 there are literally billions of food-related videos. So if everyone just a posts them without context, particularly en masse, we’re losing the interactive element that makes this such a special and welcoming place. Posting a video as conversation prompt is certainly fine. Just posting is confusing for the rest of the audience.
Hey folks, I'm outta here. The behavior of SA's corporate owners has been problematic and just keeps getting worse. We've reached the point where I feel like I'm contributing to a bad system by being here. Thanks for all the cooking convos and questions, and I'll probably see some of you elsewhere someday.
I once read the autobiography of an astronaut, and she described quite a bit about the day-to-day logistics, but I don't remember these details about the food. I was too impressed reading that they haven't found any way to do laundry, so they just flow up enough underwear to last them the whole trip.

I've been asked a few times about my demodding. The simple, honest answer is simply that... I'm tired. The past few days has been an emotional roller coaster.
As a moderator, I've always felt an essential part of my role was to bring a community together. To help build bridges, and to heal rifts...
Today I held my hand up for my son to give me a high five. He cuddled it and said 'aaaah, Dada'. I'll trade a few early mornings for that any day of the week.
If someone doesn't have time to write a comment, it's better that they still vote. If someone knows they have a hard time framing their criticism constructively, it's better that they still vote. If someone is afraid of the response they'll get, it's better that they still vote. It's great if you have the time and energy to explain all of your votes. But people who don't always do so aren't doing generally doing anything wrong.
If you are looking for a non-stick then nothing is that long-lasting @SergeyZolotarev. Keep in mind professionals don't expect pans to last forever, professional kitchens don't use expensive cookware.
