Well, I guess it has something to do with Comaneci, since Beat Takeshi (who is part of a pair of manzai comedian) made a joke about it in the 80s
It seemed to be quite popular in Japan back then

I'm guessing that it's referencing the fact that the joke is done once and made popular by Beat Takeshi, which goes down in history - this matches the fact that they are trying to make a new school song
