Rules similar to last time. This time, we will have:
1) No program longer than 100 bytes.
2) Your number must be finite and your code must terminate.
3) Your code will be run as is, no additional inputs may be given.
4) Physical restrictions do not apply, such as memory or running time.
5) No outsourcing e.g. no calling outside libraries.
6) Your code must be deterministic. If your code is run repeatedly on multiple computers, it should output the same result each time.
