Can't metasmoke pages be used by spammers to show their employers public-facing pages with spam?
This is why spam suggested edits show as fake 404 errors to logged-out users (cc @ArtOfCode)
Suggested edit spam went considerably down after the above system change was implemented, compared to when all edits were publicly visible
