Q: Make quotes work when I reply

Sometimes I like to reply to people. Sometimes I like to quote things. This is all fine. However, sometimes I like to do both these things at once, which is when the trouble starts: Most things format correctly when I'm replying, so why don't quotes?

@fbueckert Its the same gripe as what happened over Diablo 3 man.. and no one is complaining about that games online requirement any longer either.. Its a pointless kneejerk reaction that will bleed away in a bit of time.. As long as they dont nickle and dime my city (I fear .25 cents for a ton of coal) I am ok with it.. Online games never have a smooth launch :)

Q: What's the point of picking up the volume power up?

This may sound a little silly, but what's the point of picking up the VOL power up other than obviously increasing the volume? And why would I want to increase the volume anyway?
