I tagged along on a home inspection the other day

The inspector knew he had to bring his A game when he started to show us his IR thermometer and I pulled one out of my pocket

By the end, I had a standing job offer

So I have completed the install of the gable vent fan

It was fun, but much of the inspection is pointing out what's wrong, not trying to fix it

although we had the family over for pizza in the brick oven this weekend - omg i had that things hot. burned my arm on the front row of brick. was spitting out pizza's in 4 minutes - like, if i walked inside to get something, by the time i got back, the edge of the pizza was already turning black hot.

And, if I leave this chat, I can put my this three month prep course project to bed today!!! Protip: Don't work with doctors on a project. They're not good communicators.
