Do we really want to split up shabbat and not allow for time distinctions through secondary tagging (eg. evening-night)? There are a lot of question to go through and it might seriously fracture the tag, let alone worrying about border cases. In the end the answer might be yes, but I would think it's big enough (#6) to merit running it through meta first.
