ok, so heres what you should be able to do.

set up a A DNS record to whatever the server IP address is

and do mkdir domains/$your-domain

where do i do that?

Just go to Sites, click "Add a new site", fill out the form, press Add to my account

it'll create all the directory stuff and add it to your account

You added the domain as "www.joshuapbell.com"

which means Ondina's Nameservers know nothing about "joshuapbell.com"

so i have to add another one, as joshuabell.com

When you add domains in the future, leave all the subdomains off of it

so it shouldn't have the www

I'll fix it really quick for you

So, if you want to add another domain in the future to that same blog, say "josuaisthebest.com" you would go to add site, enter the domain just as it is, then add "josuaisthebest.com" and "www.joshuaisthebest.com" as an alias to the b1013.ondinappr.com domain. You don't have to worry about enabling it or anything

WordPress, by default, creates files with 600 permissions

they need to be 644 in order for the web server on bayes to read it

It's a known issue that we're working to resolve

In the mean time, it's fixed now!
