I was reading on reddit that there's a new ball being used for table tennis. Is this true?
Are there new rules in place regarding a new ball? If so what caused the change to of rules?
@SebastianLamerichs Personally, I do not follow tennis. With the exception of the world cup and other major sporting events, it is quiet here with the exception of myself and two others (@waxeagle and @MichaelMyers). There is the occasional visit by @skullpatrol and @JacobJanTuinstra among others...@NicholasV had vitalized the chat room until his workplace blocked it. But I do agree, it is quiet, and usually things that are shared are glossed over.

Here is the situation. Runners at first and second nobody out. Grounder to second throws out the runner going to second. Called out clearly by the umpire. The relay to first for the double play is not in time. The runner to second who was called out continues his run towards third base dugout....
ultimately, it leads me to one of my more puzzling thoughts. Why do guys who make as much money, have as much success and as much visibility as these guys do the things they do.

@waxeagle if you take a look at young superstars who are hotshotted...if they and/or their support system has no experience in handling such attention, it usually doesn't fare well.
