There have been comments stating that answers to my question about Goenka's method for learning vipassana meditation would be too opinion based. Is that the consensus? Does anyone have suggestions that might salvage it, or should I just delete it?
@GreenMatt I think you might try to narrow it down somewhat. Rather than asking broadly if they are effective, ask for either a compare-and-contrast with other methods or ask if some aspect of the methods play nice with whatever it is you are looking for (which you could specify).
