@JasperLoy The context is the person who want to be elected made a banner. The first line presents his name, and the last line he wrote "to be come a good change".
It looks like a tagline, slogan, motto, or the like.
No, however I am saying that I refer to myself as "I" when [I] am the subject of the sentence, and so should you when you are the subject (which would make for a pretty boring sentence.)

Google Image search showed the dog with a Frisbe. I was only interpreting the picture in my the frame of my culture. It still sounds like more fun than the wikipedia page you provided. Perhaps that why Google ranked it first.

Yes, @skull has it about right: stop reading word-for-word and start listening for the music. Feel the sense of it. If you play music note by note, you never produce a musical phrase.

I'm remembering how to listen in German, by the way. It consists in not trying to translate every sentence into English, but to just listen for the sense of it in German. I used to know that when I was in Germany, but I kind of forgot it over the years.

@Gigili sadly, that is one of the few answers that is actually close to the mark, except for the fact that no one says it the way suggested. People do express that notion with euphemisms for 'masturbation'.
