I wish there was an easy way to get out there in the CG market . . . I could use a little income, I got a ton of stuff that needs upgrading. My GPU keeps failing for one thing . . .
Generally speaking if you've got smart people under you, all you have to do is make sure they no what and when they need to finish, and make sure they have everything they need to finish it on time
The hard bit is when you don't like what they've made
Designers always think their clients are dumb when they want things to be different... but clients are looking at things from a very different perspective
Thats why I hate doing my own webdesign. Inner client says all this needs to fit on the homepage (marketing strategy). Designer says it looks horrible.
It'd be nice if this worked, however as an alternative you might consider using cycles displacement.

@David I do appreciate you moving files to BE, and moving files from pasteall is fine, but don't do it from dropbox/google drive, since you don't own the rights to the file and the actual user has to upload it and give BE the right to distribute
