You can get Niblesnarf to eat barrel bombs.And then they explode inside of him.

I placed one on the ground hoping he'd set it off, and then he just ate it. I waslike "ah, damn it. Wasted the bomb. huh, wouldn't it be cool if they blew up inside of him? explodes FUCK YES! I LOVE THIS GAME"

Should we make a policy for creating multiplayer rooms?

Such as, "Arqade's room will always be on World X, in Lobby Y, with game name A, password B"?

@fbueckert I thought about that, but the problem is Worlds and Lobbies can become full.

@Wipqozn Yeah. And there's no way to just invite friends into a game. Have to use the inane system.

Well, we can use the same room name and password, though.

Too bad there's no zoo you can go to, to see which monsters you've captured.

I like fighting him with a bowgun. He's easy to hit.

Best spots to hit him are the head and chest. The chest is always easy to get, and whenever he does that hueg firebeam attack you can get some free hits on his head.

Assuming you don't get hit by the firebeam..

oh man. I just need 3 more rathalos shells and I can craft the rathalos light bowgun.

@Wipqozn Or get charged by a rhenoplos into the fire beam.

I think I might get the Agnaktor gunner armor. Fire Atk +1 (slot into +2), along with normal up and precision.

I saw video footage of both the greatsword and longsword recently and now I'm questioning my decision to use switch axe.

I need to test those out tonight.

@StrixVaria The greatsword has some especially powerful attacks, since you can charge it.

@fbueckert Yes. Great Sword is all about the charges.

I don't think I'm even going to bother getting the Barioth SNS. The Lagomi one is better, just not until high rank, since you need 2 quality sacs.

Come from the altaroths in high rank.

Woo, upgraded my Switch Axe. I tried Greatsword and Longsword and didn't really like them.

@StrixVaria Which Switch Axe are youi using?

Also, I don't like the greatsword either. Too slow for my liking.

I do like the longsword though.

The longsword wasn't bad.

I just realized today that pressing A+X together makes you do a different move.

The best "combo" I was able to string together with the longsword was X, X, R, A

The switch axe doesn't stop attacking if you keep pressing X, which is nice.

The longsword has a long-ass "let me reset my stance" animation (that you can cancel with a roll, but still).

The Long Sword is all about the spirit gauge. You just try to full that, then you can get off a lot of combos.

If you're not spirit gauge it's terrible.

Maybe I should kill a Great Jaggi with it instead of just things that die instantly or don't fight back.

Still no. I haven't had much time to play, and the time I have had has been focused on finding stuff to upgrade my axe.

Next time I play I'm going to complete new quests.

I think the next one is to capture something.

I love the Hunting Horn.

The peco horn gives me hearing protection. With this horn roars no longer phase me. It's essentially free hits on monsters. It's great.

woot, woot. Got the spikes I wanted.

Now I have the Barioth light bowgun. Blizzard Cannon.
