exorbitant procedures have co-pays, but they're still cheap

the one with insurance is you have to have an insurance and then they cover you. Most things like basic exams has co-pays and you will have to pay the difference of what the insurance covers for expensive procedures

wow, a Maria-sama ga Miteru Doujin in which the author didn't make the cast whore themselves off to every guy in existence

while i am very glad about it, it does put into perspective just how messed up people are when you have a Josei Shoujo-Ai series and yet there are a decent number of doujins where the girls just act like whores to guys

maybe authors need to beat viewers with images clearly showing the relationships
