For me it depends on what I like about it. If it's cute girls, watch the anime. In the rare cases where the story is the primary appeal, books are a far better medium than most other things. I can't think of any cases where live action is the right medium to watch.

@Hakase Video games are a promising medium for the future since they offer significant levels of interactivity. The main problem is that it's hard to get cuteness to work right in an interactive way. So de facto most video games are bad.
