So it's a sf anime and the only thing I remember is that the main character had a specific weapon - two shooting thingies in holsters on the both sides of his legs which he could put together to form a large stick or rod.

Pasting an image into chat should really be done in fewer steps than it is now. This is how it should work ideally: Paste image from clipboard into chat text box like you can do in Q&A part of the site. Press "Send". Or if you copied the link to the image instead of the image itself: Paste ...

It never has.

The devs have systems to observe bugs and feature requests on every meta site. They look through those. Migration is for when you need the global audience to vet an idea. If you don't need the global audience to vet the idea, then it should be fine on a satellite meta.

It's the same with the Community Team. I spend more time patrolling non-MSE meta sites for stuff to push for, and outside of that, what makes me see a post is not "Is it on MSE" but "Did someone directly poke me about it?", which is easiest done on the originating site.

well, I don't know who to poke and so I did as another user suggested, hoping it would not ruin anyone's day, and still get my proposition some more views and upvotes before a SE developer sees it and thinks "I guess it is about time we did this"

It's more a thing that we just need to stop people from telling others to migrate it. If it gets migrated, well, that's that and there's no reason to undo it or anything.

I like several genres and I don't watch almost any titles of certain genres, but I do mix the shows from the genres I like
